Preheat oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, spices, cacao powder, salt and baking soda. Then add the milk, coconut oil and almond butter. Beat with a whisk. 2. Finally, add chopped cashews. 3. Pour your cake dough in a well coconut oiled mold or in a nonstick pan. 4. Bake for about 30 minutes at 190 ° C. Allow to cool to room temperature and cut pieces of cake with a pastry cutter. 1. Separate the coconut water from the thick coconut milk. Reserve the watery coconut into a bowl and place the thick coconut milk that is left into a stand mixer. 2. Add the powdered sugar, salt and whip the coconut until you have an almost whipped cream. To assemble: Using a spoon, spread the coconut whip over the top of the pie evenly. Top with melted chocolate and afterwards with your fav fruits+flowers. 🌺

Vegan Treats #MantrasOmTahiti Thursdays @ yogameditationstudiopalmbeach 🌺 O:) 😍


Choc Bon Bons 12 small molds 12 raspberries Chocolate: 125g cocoa butter, melted 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted 4 Tbsp. raw cacao powder 2 Tbsp. maple syrup or raw agave pinch of raw vanilla powder pinch of sea salt Almond filling: 125g raw almond butter pinch of cardamom pinch of raw vanilla powder 2 Tbsp. sweetener of choice pinch of sea salt Start by making the almond mixture, place all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Store in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden. Make 12 small balls and place on top of parchment paper. Store in the freezer until needed. To make the chocolate, mix the melted cocoa butter and coconut oil add sweetener, mix to combine. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Taste and see if it’s sweet enough for you. Place the chocolate sauce into a jug (to make it easier to pour into the molds). Place one almond butter ball inside each mold. Gently pour the chocolate sauce on one side of the mold, so you can still see a bit of the ball. Place a raspberry on top of the ball. Do the same for the remaining molds. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. You can store them in the freezer for up to 3 months 🌺

Gluten Free. Vegan. No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter  Cookie Dough Bites 
(Gluten Free. Vegan. No-Bake)

Ingredients

1/3c gf oats
3T cacao nibs (or mini choc chips)
3T shredded coconut
2T cacao or cocoa powder
1T chopped dried cherries (optional)
1T agave nectar or liquid sweetener equivalent
1/2c peanut butter (sub any raw nut/seed butter of choice) plus extra for stuffing!

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, stir to combine and place in freezer for approx 10 minutes to set and chill.
2. On a piece of parchment paper, divide dough into 10-12 mini cookie sized servings and flatten into a cookie shape. Tip: Wet your fingertips with water to keep dough from sticking.
3. Freeze for another 20-30 minutes.
4. Sandwich 1 teaspoon of peanut butter between 2 cookies and they're ready to eat!
5. To store: keep in freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks!
