Mantras On Tahiti


Hi Yoga fans

Thursday nights @ around 7pm we have "Mantras On Tahiti" Mantra's are awesomely beautiful, especially when sung in a group with other people who are totally into it.

If you haven't had a chance to try this very special form of meditation, you seriously need to give it a go.

Only a sacred sound meditater "knows the feeling" ... Lol..!

Delicious nutritious Almond balls

Nom Nom Buttery Almond Balls

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 scoop Raw Protein Powder
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup almond butter (or natural peanut butter)
2 tablespoons raw organic agave nectar
2 tablespoons organic maple syrup
pinch pink Himalayan salt

How To
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and whizz into a crumbly, paste like consistency.

Take small spoonfuls at a time, and roll into balls.

Serve plain, or roll in sesame seeds, cacao nibs, coconut, or chia seeds.

Refrigerate to firm.
